Chloe Mai Bridal Studio open 6 days a week.  We also have an online Sales shop where ex-sample and ex display dresses and accessories can be bought at significant discounts using PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. A good fitting turns a beautiful wedding dress into a perfect wedding dress – Chloe Mai have an in house alteration service to ensure this is what you get.  We are extremely disturbed that more and more bridal retailers are not offering this basic service and are leaving customers to fend for themselves. Many shops don’t provide storage fro your gown but many brides do not have space or don’t want to store their wedding dress at home.  We are happy to provide storage.  If you can’t come in person to collect your dress or just want to be sure it reaches you in perfect condition we can also offer a local delivery service. We find it sad that many bridal shops do not allow children into their stores.  We welcome children into Chloe Mai Bridal Studio along with your friends and family. Choosing a wedding dress should not be rushed and our brides often come with friends and family.  We want you and your guests to be comfortable while you are with us and will happily provide a range of hot and cold drinks. There are bridal shops that insist their customers wear gloves before handling their dresses – we believe that this is absurd and is yet another example of retailers putting themselves before their customers.
